1. Booking and Payment
- All bookings must be made through our official website and are subject to availability.
- A deposit or full payment may be required at the time of booking, depending on the package.
- Payments can be made via accepted methods, including credit card, bank transfer, or other specified options.
- Final payment must be received by the stipulated deadline, failing which we reserve the right to cancel the booking and retain any deposits.
2. Pricing and Inclusions
- Prices are quoted in the specified currency and are subject to change without notice until confirmed.
- The package price includes specified services such as accommodation, transportation, activities, and meals, as detailed in the itinerary.
- Any additional costs incurred due to personal preferences, extra services, or changes requested by the client are payable by the traveler.
3. Itinerary Changes and Cancellations
- We reserve the right to modify or cancel itineraries, accommodations, or services due to unforeseen circumstances, safety concerns, or operational reasons.
- In the event of significant changes, clients will be notified promptly, and alternative arrangements will be offered where possible.
- Cancellation by the traveler must be communicated in writing. Refunds will be processed according to the cancellation policy outlined below.
4. Cancellation and Refund Policy
All cancellations must be made in e-mail format only.
- Any cancellation at 45 Days prior to arrival date – No charge
- Any cancellation between 45 Days – 30 Days prior to arrival date: 25% of tour fare charge
- Any cancellation between 30 Days – 15 Days prior to arrival date: 50% of tour fare charge
- Any cancellation between 15 Days – 10 Days prior to arrival date: 75% of tour fare charge
- Any cancellation less than 10 Days: 100% of tour package charge.
6. Travel Requirements and Documentation
It is your responsibility to ensure that you meet all necessary travel requirements, including valid passports, visas, vaccination certificates, and entry regulations. While we may offer general guidance, please verify the most up-to-date information with official authorities.
7. Health, Safety, and Insurance
We strongly recommend securing travel insurance before your trip. Travel Application does not provide or sell insurance coverage. Health and safety requirements vary by destination, so we recommend consulting official sources for the most up-to-date guidelines.
7. Responsibility and Liability
- We are not responsible for any injury, loss, delay, or damage caused by third-party services or unforeseen events such as natural disasters, political unrest, or health emergencies.
- Clients are responsible for adhering to safety guidelines and local laws during their travels.
8. Health and Safety
- Travelers should inform us of any medical conditions or special needs that may affect their travel arrangements.
- We reserve the right to refuse service or modify arrangements if safety concerns arise.
Promotional Content and Offer Validity
Traveller Application may display special deals, discounts, or promotional offers:
- These offers are subject to the terms, availability, and pricing of the third-party provider, and may change or expire at any time.
- We do not guarantee the availability, accuracy, or continued existence of any deal once you leave our site.
9. Travel Restrictions and Entry Conditions
- Clients are responsible for complying with the entry requirements of their destination, including vaccinations, visas, and other health regulations.
- We are not liable for any issues resulting from travel restrictions or entry refusals.

- We do not share your data with third parties without your consent, except as necessary to fulfill your booking.
